Diversity

The CTA is committed to cultivating diversity, which is expressed in myriad forms, including race and ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, language, culture, national origin, religious commitments, age, ability status, and political perspective.

Equity

The CTA is committed to working actively to reduce bias, harassment, and discrimination within our work. We are committed to equal opportunities for all persons and do not discriminate on the basis of race,  color, national origin, age, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, ability status, religion, height, disability, and weight.

Inclusion

The CTA is committed to actively ensuring that our organization and its associated programs continuously evolve,  where differences are welcomed and celebrated, diverse perspectives are encouraged and respectfully heard, and where every individual feels a sense of belonging. We know that by cultivating more diverse engagement both internally and externally, and by creating a vibrant climate of inclusiveness, we can more effectively advance our collective capabilities.
