GoodLot was established by Gail and Phil Winters in 2009, growing organic hops for Ontario craft brewers. In 2017, we diversified our hop farm to become the first farm-to-barrel brewery in the Greenbelt. Our passion is using local ingredients to demonstrate the terroir of local beer while supporting other local farms like ours. Our lagers and ales always use 100% Ontario hops, and we brew in an eco-renovated converted barn, powered by solar energy. We are regenerative organic farmers, practicing zero CO2 emissions, and we are a zero-waste facility – grains to cows and food waste to worms!
