RRC Polytech’s Paterson GlobalFoods Institute is the home to the College’s culinary, baking, hospitality, and tourism programs as well as a 100-room student residence.  Students learn job-ready skills, have opportunities to connect with industry and hit the ground running into exciting career opportunities.

As part of the Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs, the students run an upscale restaurant called Jane’s and a public food court known as the Culinary Exchange.

In addition to the academic programs and dormitory, the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute also houses the Prairie Research Kitchen which helps bring creative solutions to support food processors and food service providers through research and development, technical services and training.
